Payoneer is a commonly used global payment processing system for Pakistani freelancers. As PayPal does not offer its services in Pakistan, many users opt for Payoneer to receive their international payments. With this service, they can receive payments from any foreign client in the world.

Now, Payoneer has opened its wire transfer services for banks in Pakistan. It means anyone having its account can transfer funds to his/her local bank account directly. Previously, you were required to withdraw funds through ATMS which was quite expensive. A transaction charge of Rs. 750 by local ATM was charged for every transaction done using Payoneer card.

As Payoneer does not support PKR as a currency, local banks will charge 3.5% currency exchange fee out of these funds. Currently, the minimum limit for a bank withdrawal is set as US 200 dollars. The transfer will count as a usual wire transfer and will take 2-5 days.
