The first trailer of Scarlett Johansson starrer Ghost in the Shell has now been released. The movie is the live-action adaptation of classic animated series. Scarlett Johansson is going to play the lead role in the movie. She will appear as The Major, a soldier with a human mind inside an android body. Japanese legend Takeshi Kitano will play the role of Chief Daisuke Aramaki alongside.

As most of fans were expecting it to be a Western flavored movie, it is not the fact. Ghost in the Shell is rather a Japanese imagery with some western taste. The movie is directed by Rupert Sanders and produced by Paramount Pictures. Ghost in the Shell movie will hit theatres on 31^st March 2017. Let’s see how the movie will perform once it gets released.
